This smoothie is something I have played with for over a year! Finally I have found the perfect combination and I'm looking forward to sharing it with you and hearing how you like it! Throw all of the ingredients in a blender (I use the ninja blender) and drink up! You can't get more nutrient-rich than this smoothie. It's great to drink after a workout to maximize results.
*1 cup of raw kale or one stem*1 cup of raw spinach*1 cup of water*1 tbs of ground flax seed*1 tbs of coconut oil*1 scoop of Vanilla Bio-Whey Protein Powder*1/2 cup of frozen fruit (mangoes, peaches, blueberries, or strawberries)*4-6 ice cubes
